The Mill and Press Restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in the Woodstock/Observatory area of Cape Town.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 07:30 – 16:00

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef with café-style food expertise
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, portion control, and kitchen prep
• Well-organised with excellent communication skills
• Broad knowledge of café-style menus
• High personal presentation and hygiene standards
• Energetic with ability to work well under pressure
• Available immediately for interview and trial period
• Contactable references required
