The Mill and Press Restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in the Woodstock/Observatory area of Cape Town.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 – 16:00
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef with café-style food expertise
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, portion control, and kitchen prep
- Well-organised with excellent communication skills
- Broad knowledge of café-style menus
- High personal presentation and hygiene standards
- Energetic with ability to work well under pressure
- Available immediately for interview and trial period
- Contactable references required
