We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.  A leading manufacturing company in the motor industry, is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join their Quality Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Support quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes

• Assist with process analysis, data collection, and reporting

• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

• Support quality audits, inspections, and documentation

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure compliance with standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency projects

Requirements:

• BSc in Industrial Engineering or BTech in Industrial Engineering

• 0–2 years of experience (graduates are welcome to apply)

• Basic understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential)

Advantageous (Not Essential)

• Exposure to manufacturing or automotive environments.
