Industrial Engineer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.  A leading manufacturing company in the motor industry, is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join their Quality Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes - Assist with process analysis, data collection, and reporting - Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation - Support quality audits, inspections, and documentation - Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure compliance with standards - Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency projects Requirements: - BSc in Industrial Engineering or BTech in Industrial Engineering - 0–2 years of experience (graduates are welcome to apply) - Basic understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and teamwork abilities - Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential) Advantageous (Not Essential) - Exposure to manufacturing or automotive environments.
