Tender Description

The Association of Rwandan Trauma Counsellors (ARCT-RUHUKA) invites interested business companies and individual entrepreneurs to submit competitive bids for the supply of goods and provision of various services.

Scope of Supply

Lot: Supply of the following items:

Office supplies
Cleaning materials
Entertainment materials
Children's materials
Stationery

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must meet the required eligibility criteria and demonstrate the necessary capacity to fulfill this tender.

Tender Document Availability

Location: ARCT-RUHUKA Head Office, Kibagabaga, Kigali (KG 321 St, on the road to Kibagabaga Hospital)

Availability Period: 17 February 2026 to 9 March 2026

Document Fee: Fifty thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000 FRW) – non-refundable

Payment must be made to the ARCT-RUHUKA account opened in I&M Bank. Proof of payment is required to obtain tender documents.
