Job Title: Relationship Officer (RO) 3

Location: Kimironko and Musanze Branches

Reports to: Branch Manager

Sector: Finance and Investment

Purpose of the Role

The Relationship Officer plays a vital role in customer acquisition, credit assessment, portfolio growth, and client relationship management. The RO is responsible for identifying potential clients, evaluating their creditworthiness, disbursing microloans, and ensuring timely repayments. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for financial inclusion and community development.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Onboarding

• Identify and recruit new clients through field visits, referrals, and community engagement
• Conduct orientation and financial literacy sessions for new clients
• Assist clients in completing loan applications
