An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Description
  • We are looking for energetic, polite, and well-presented Waitstaff who can deliver exceptional dining experiences. Candidates must be attentive, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome guests and present menus
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Enter orders efficiently using MICROS POS
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-set tables and dining areas
  • Provide menu recommendations and guide guests when needed
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
  • Address guest concerns politely and escalate when necessary
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Experience using MICROS POS system
  • Previous waitstaff experience in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Neat, professional appearance and good attitude
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
