An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Description - We are looking for energetic, polite, and well-presented Waitstaff who can deliver exceptional dining experiences. Candidates must be attentive, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Warmly welcome guests and present menus - Take accurate food and beverage orders - Enter orders efficiently using MICROS POS - Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally - Maintain clean, organized, and well-set tables and dining areas - Provide menu recommendations and guide guests when needed - Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service - Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards - Address guest concerns politely and escalate when necessary Requirements - Mandatory: Experience using MICROS POS system - Previous waitstaff experience in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge (preferred) - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Neat, professional appearance and good attitude - Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays Check how your CV aligns with this job
