A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Summary The Waiter/Waitress will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages to ensure customers' satisfaction. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers politely.

• Take food and drink orders accurately.

• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when necessary.

• Clear tables, clean surfaces, and reset for the next guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to details and good customer service skills.

• Must be neat, punctual, and well-groomed.
