Job Summary The Waiter/Waitress will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages to ensure customers' satisfaction. Duties/Responsibilities: - Welcome customers politely. - Take food and drink orders accurately. - Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. - Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when necessary. - Clear tables, clean surfaces, and reset for the next guests. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. Skills/Requirements: - Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification. - Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to details and good customer service skills. - Must be neat, punctual, and well-groomed.
