Key Responsibilities

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content, with a focus on real estate marketing and property showcase videos.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Creative eye for composition, color, and sound design
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with real estate marketing or property showcase videos
• Experience with motion graphics and drone footage editing
• Video color grading expertise
• Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor
• Preferably experience in real estate or media production
