About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role as a Turret Punch Operator, specializing in Fanuc Control Systems and CNC metal punching operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC turret punching machines with proficiency
Program and optimize nesting using CAM software
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and fabrication tolerances

Required Experience

Strong knowledge of Fanuc Control Systems
Hands-on experience with CNC metal punching operations
Hands-on experience with Metalix (CNCKad) programming software
Experience in sheet metal manufacturing or steel fabrication environments
Proficiency in CNC turret punching processes

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong CAM programming and nesting optimization skills
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Good understanding of sheet metal properties and tool selection
Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications
