Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turret punching machines with proficiency
• Program and optimize nesting using CAM software
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and fabrication tolerances

Required Experience

• Strong knowledge of Fanuc Control Systems
• Hands-on experience with CNC metal punching operations
• Hands-on experience with Metalix (CNCKad) programming software
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing or steel fabrication environments
• Proficiency in CNC turret punching processes

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong CAM programming and nesting optimization skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Good understanding of sheet metal properties and tool selection
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications
