We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview:
  • We are looking for qualified Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) to drive sales of Solar Home Systems (SHS) within the listed territories.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive SHS sales and market expansion within assigned territory
  • Manage agents, leads, and customer pipeline
  • Conduct product demos and community activations
  • Support customer onboarding and documentation
  • Collaborate with technical and collections teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a solar energy company
  • Proven experience in Solar Home Systems (SHS) sales
  • Must reside in and have strong knowledge of Barutten, Offa/Oro, or Gbugbu/Lafiagi
  • Strong territory management and grassroots sales experience
  • Ability to meet monthly sales targets
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Basic understanding of SHS installation and after-sales processes.
