We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: - We are looking for qualified Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) to drive sales of Solar Home Systems (SHS) within the listed territories. Key Responsibilities: - Drive SHS sales and market expansion within assigned territory - Manage agents, leads, and customer pipeline - Conduct product demos and community activations - Support customer onboarding and documentation - Collaborate with technical and collections teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a solar energy company - Proven experience in Solar Home Systems (SHS) sales - Must reside in and have strong knowledge of Barutten, Offa/Oro, or Gbugbu/Lafiagi - Strong territory management and grassroots sales experience - Ability to meet monthly sales targets - Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills - Basic understanding of SHS installation and after-sales processes.
