## Title: Telemarketing Officer / Tele-Sales Officer

About the Role

An established fitness company is recruiting dynamic Telemarketers to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for persuasive communicators with a passion for sales who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and strategic follow-up
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaign strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience in telemarketing or direct sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM tools (an added advantage)

What We Offer

Competitive base salary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 monthly
