Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience in telemarketing or direct sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools (an added advantage)
