## Title: Team Lead, SME/Business Banking

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Team Lead to inspire and guide a team of Business Banking Officers in winning new SME and corporate clients. You will drive strong loan portfolio growth through innovative lending solutions while maintaining portfolio health and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire and guide a team of Business Banking Officers to win new SME and corporate clients
Deliver strong loan portfolio growth through innovative lending solutions
Build lasting partnerships with market leaders and trade associations
Maintain portfolio health and repayment discipline while ensuring regulatory compliance
Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed ambitious targets
Represent the bank in key market forums and champion financial inclusion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or HND in a Business-related field
5+ years of experience in SME/business banking with proven lending experience
Deep understanding of Oshodi–Mushin–Ladipo markets and their dynamics

Compensation

N350,000 per month
