About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Team Lead to inspire and guide a team of Business Banking Officers in winning new SME and corporate clients. You will drive strong loan portfolio growth through innovative lending solutions while maintaining portfolio health and regulatory compliance.

• Inspire and guide a team of Business Banking Officers to win new SME and corporate clients
• Deliver strong loan portfolio growth through innovative lending solutions
• Build lasting partnerships with market leaders and trade associations
• Maintain portfolio health and repayment discipline while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed ambitious targets
• Represent the bank in key market forums and champion financial inclusion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a Business-related field
• 5+ years of experience in SME/business banking with proven lending experience
• Deep understanding of Oshodi–Mushin–Ladipo markets and their dynamics
