About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Analyst III to join our team. This position requires a professional technical analyst with extensive expertise in IT infrastructure and systems management. You will perform a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties with minimal supervision, working independently to resolve complex technical challenges.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform professional, technical, and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server, and desktop computer systems and networks
- Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies
- Configure and install computer hardware and software
- Manage inventory control of IT equipment and supplies
- Upgrade hardware and software components
- Maintain IT hardware asset and software tracking systems
- Monitor and collect data on system performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, and operating systems
- Deep understanding of software and network communication protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional certification in relevant IT field (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
