## Title: Support Services Analyst III

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Analyst III to join our team. This position requires a professional technical analyst with extensive expertise in IT infrastructure and systems management. You will perform a variety of professional, technical, and analytical duties with minimal supervision, working independently to resolve complex technical challenges.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform professional, technical, and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server, and desktop computer systems and networks
  • Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies
  • Configure and install computer hardware and software
  • Manage inventory control of IT equipment and supplies
  • Upgrade hardware and software components
  • Maintain IT hardware asset and software tracking systems
  • Monitor and collect data on system performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, and operating systems
  • Deep understanding of software and network communication protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional certification in relevant IT field (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
