About the Role

Stellar Group is seeking a dedicated Supervisory Manager to oversee operations, ensure quality standards, and lead team performance across our Recycling Operations Support Department.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance and Performance Management

• Assess the quality and efficiency of team work and promptly rectify any deviations
• Provide guidance on team organization skills and performance evaluations
• Assist employees in resolving workplace challenges

Process Control

• Enforce company regulations and business processes consistently
• Conduct regular inspections and document issues
• Develop remediation plans to address identified problems
• Track progress of key metrics and respond promptly to anomalies
• Coordinate resources to address performance gaps

Communication and Coordination

• Report on team work progress, existing issues, and improvement suggestions to superiors
• Communicate company decisions and task requirements to subordinates
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration efforts
• Address feedback and concerns from customers and partners

Optimization and Improvements

• Identify issues and lessons learned from operations
• Analyze pain points in workflow and propose optimization solutions
• Facilitate implementation of improvements
• Compile review reports summarizing achievements and shortcomings for future reference

Department Overview

You will oversee the Recycling Operations Support Department, which comprises the Training Department, Customer Service Department, and Supervision Department.

Required Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Business Management (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business management
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial position
