As the voice and personality behind our clients' social media presence, you'll develop content strategies, create engaging posts, manage community interactions, and analyze performance to continuously optimize results.

This role is ideal for someone who understands platform algorithms, knows how to turn followers into brand advocates, and is passionate about creating content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Write compelling copy that drives engagement, clicks, and conversions
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and community engagement
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining brand voice
• Build and nurture online communities through authentic engagement and conversation
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities
• Plan and execute social media campaigns including contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize based on performance
• Conduct competitor analysis and social listening to identify opportunities
• Run social media ads and monitor digital performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, conversions, etc.)
