About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Social Media Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to align with the company's marketing objectives
• Create visually appealing, high-quality content including images, videos, and graphics for various social media platforms
• Publish content on company social media pages a minimum of 3 times per week
• Optimize and maintain company pages on multiple social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement
• Engage actively with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition and remain relevant to the audience
• Create advertisement budgets and run monthly ads across all platforms
• Attend company events to create content for the company
• Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly plans and activity reports

Requirements

• HND qualification or B.Sc Degree in any discipline
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Creative flair with an eye for design and understanding of current social media trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Compensation

₦150,000 - ₦250,000 monthly
