Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and hard-working Social Media Manager to handle all our social media platforms and support brand growth through strategic digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement deliberate social media planning, strategy, and goal setting
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Build brand awareness and manage online reputation
• Manage content across all social media platforms
• Optimize for search engines (SEO) and generate inbound traffic
• Cultivate leads and drive sales through social channels
• Monitor and manage online reputation
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and outreach
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, HND, or BSc Degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Extensive experience in customer care
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to work independently without supervision
