## Title: Social Media Manager & Graphics Designer with Website Management

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive professional to join our team as a Social Media Manager, Graphics Designer, and Website Management Officer. This multi-skilled role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for digital communication, branding, and online presence management. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility across all platforms and ensuring our website remains up-to-date, engaging, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop, plan, and implement social media strategies across all platforms
  • Create engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform
  • Monitor engagement metrics and generate monthly performance reports
  • Respond to online inquiries and maintain a positive brand image

Graphics Design

  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and digital content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative marketing assets

Website Management

  • Maintain and update company/hospital website content regularly
  • Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and accuracy of information
  • Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot website issues
  • Improve website aesthetics and user experience continuously

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, graphics design, and website administration
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Joomla)
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
