## Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Position Overview

Beaumont Luxe Interiors is seeking a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to oversee the company's social media presence and public interactions. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth within a dynamic organization based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms, creating engaging video content, and designing marketing materials to promote company products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies across all company platforms
  • Create and edit video content and graphic designs for marketing campaigns
  • Analyze engagement data and identify trends in customer interactions
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to build and strengthen online community
  • Post content regularly (text, video, and images) that resonates with target audiences
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels
  • Address customer concerns and maintain positive brand reputation online
  • Identify social media opportunities such as trending hashtags and relevant topics aligned with company strategy
  • Ensure website and social media platforms maintain high performance standards with fast loading times and user-friendly navigation

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND qualification
  • 3–10 years of relevant work experience in social media management or content creation

Essential Skills

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with writers, designers, developers, and customers; experience reporting to senior management
  • Creativity: Strong ability to craft engaging content that aligns with brand voice and market trends
  • Content Strategy: Ability to continuously align content with customer preferences and market changes to maintain engagement
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in social media platforms, content creation tools, and social media analytics software
  • Brand Awareness: Understanding of how to maintain and build brand identity through strategic social media management
