Community Engagement

• Foster positive interactions with the school community, parents, students, and alumni through active engagement on social media
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining a consistent and positive brand voice

Monitoring and Analytics

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of industry changes and emerging platforms
• Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and report on key performance indicators

Brand Management

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels
• Implement and enforce social media guidelines to maintain the school's reputation and uphold brand standards

Event Promotion

• Collaborate with event organizers to create and implement social media campaigns to promote school events
• Live-tweet, post updates, and share highlights during major school functions

Collaboration
