Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories)
• Manage daily posting across social media platforms
• Build and engage an active online community
• Track and report social media performance (reach, engagement, leads)
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and insights

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media trends
• Ability to create content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or InShot
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work fully onsite in Ikoyi, Lagos
