Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories
• Manage daily posting across social media platforms
• Build and engage an active online community
• Track and report social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, and leads
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and insights

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work fully onsite in Ikoyi, Lagos
