About the Role

Blue Earth Properties is seeking a qualified Social Media Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance our brand reach and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging video and written content for social media, ensuring alignment with brand voice and mission
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to enhance reach and engagement
• Track campaign performance and social media engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement
• Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a strong online community
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop marketing materials and campaigns
• Contribute to revenue generation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in creating video and written content for social media
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising and SEO
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads)
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Creative, detail-oriented approach with ability to work independently
