About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Social Media Expert. In this dynamic role, you will drive our digital presence and engage with our audience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement effective social media strategies to achieve business objectives
• Create and share engaging posts to connect with the target audience
• Manage our online presence, including interactions, comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Increase brand awareness and drive sales through strategic social media efforts
• Establish and oversee social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and other teams to expand our reach
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our products, services, events, and brand identity
• Track and analyze social media metrics including engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights to inform future social media strategies
• Monitor and maintain our online reputation by responding to feedback and addressing issues promptly
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Creative, proactive, and passionate approach to social media marketing
• Excellent writing, graphic design, and video creation skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
