## Title: Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Executive to manage our brand's social media presence. You will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content, interacting with our online community, and analyzing campaign performance. This role requires staying current with social media trends to develop effective strategies that align with our marketing and branding objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily publishing calendars for social media pages and drive conversations around key content areas including HMR, Gangs of Manila, Sports, and Solar
  • Package real-time content during live shows, identify trending topics, and collaborate with creators
  • Conduct social listening and escalation; provide weekly insights reports to the brand team
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company marketing and branding objectives
  • Position the company as a thought leader on LinkedIn by curating insightful content and showcasing company expertise
  • Engage with audiences across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for engagement and brand positioning
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign results

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media or community management roles with platform analytics experience
  • Degree in Mass Communication or a related field
  • Strong communication skills
