The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a strong visual eye, capable of creating engaging videos, reels, blogs, and social media posts that amplify our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce multi-format social media content including carousels, reels, graphics, banners, and shorts
• Edit short and long-form videos for social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Optimize content for multiple platforms to maximize engagement and reach
• Manage social media platforms and maintain consistent posting schedules
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices
• Take initiative to learn new tools, explore design trends, and adapt quickly to feedback

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
• Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Canva animations)
• Copywriting or captioning experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies (preferred)
