- Maintain cordial customer relations and deliver excellent service standards
- Ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations, reporting, and issue resolution
- Motivate colleagues and promote a customer-first culture
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree
- 1–2 years' experience in customer service or shop operations
- Proven experience in cash and stock management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Energetic, assertive, and customer-focused mindset
- Proven team player with collaborative work style
