Senior Construction Project Manager

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Location: Kubwa, Abuja A reputable construction and development firm is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead major projects from planning to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution from inception to completion

• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and site teams

• Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and compliance

• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards

• Provide progress updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 15–20 years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field

• Certification with the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria preferred

• Membership of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Building, or Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors is an advantage

• Proven leadership of complex, high-value projects
