Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: Kubwa, Abuja A reputable construction and development firm is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead major projects from planning to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project execution from inception to completion - Coordinate consultants, contractors, and site teams - Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and compliance - Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards - Provide progress updates to stakeholders Requirements: - 15–20 years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects - Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field - Certification with the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria preferred - Membership of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Building, or Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors is an advantage - Proven leadership of complex, high-value projects
