We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Location: Central District Area, Abuja About the Role
  • A Real Estate company in Abuja are seeking a smart and organized Entry-Level Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our office.
  • This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized office environment.
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as required.
  • Receive visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle basic office supplies management and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
  • 0 - 1 year experience (experience is an advantage but not required).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
