We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Location: Central District Area, Abuja About the Role - A Real Estate company in Abuja are seeking a smart and organized Entry-Level Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our office. - This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration and business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence. - Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars. - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files. - Assist with data entry and record keeping. - Maintain a tidy and well-organized office environment. - Support office staff with administrative tasks as required. - Receive visitors and direct them appropriately. - Handle basic office supplies management and inventory. Requirements: - Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline. - 0 - 1 year experience (experience is an advantage but not required). - Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Salary N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
