  • An Administrative & Sales Support Officer is someone who helps the company run smoothly by handling office tasks, supporting the sales team, assisting customers, and organizing important activities.
  • Their work makes it easier for the sales team to focus on selling while they manage the administrative side of things.
Main Responsibilities Customer & Sales Support
  • This role involves helping customers and supporting the sales process. Some key tasks include:
  • Answering customer calls, emails, and messages.
  • Preparing quotes, orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Managing customer accounts and updating their details.
  • Following up on payments and pending orders.
  • Assisting sales reps with information and documentation.
  • Building good relationships with clients.
  • Resolving simple customer issues and providing accurate information
Supporting the Sales Team
  • Another major part of the job is assisting the sales team with tasks such as:
  • Creating sales reports and summaries.
  • Updating the sales database or CRM.
  • Booking travel, meetings, and schedules for the sales team.
  • Helping prepare contracts, proposals, and presentations.
  • Monitoring sales follow-ups and progress updates.
