- An Administrative & Sales Support Officer is someone who helps the company run smoothly by handling office tasks, supporting the sales team, assisting customers, and organizing important activities.
- Their work makes it easier for the sales team to focus on selling while they manage the administrative side of things.
Main Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
- This role involves helping customers and supporting the sales process. Some key tasks include:
- Answering customer calls, emails, and messages.
- Preparing quotes, orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Managing customer accounts and updating their details.
- Following up on payments and pending orders.
- Assisting sales reps with information and documentation.
- Building good relationships with clients.
- Resolving simple customer issues and providing accurate information
Supporting the Sales Team
- Another major part of the job is assisting the sales team with tasks such as:
- Creating sales reports and summaries.
- Updating the sales database or CRM.
- Booking travel, meetings, and schedules for the sales team.
- Helping prepare contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitoring sales follow-ups and progress updates.
