Role Description
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets across several sectors including BFSI, O&G, and Telco.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through the identification of new sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical insights to customers, ensuring solutions fit their requirements
- Manage client accounts, understanding their technical needs, and presenting appropriate solutions
- Work with internal technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions and address customer queries
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and key performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Relationship Management
- Experience in B2B technology sales and partnerships
- Sales strategy development and client relationship management expertise
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
