## Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective clients
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their requirements
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Assist team leads in setting, allocating, and monitoring project budgets
- Meet with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget, and timelines
- Conduct market research to determine target audience needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors for creating targeted marketing campaigns
- Research previous successful campaigns to identify what worked, what didn't, and areas for improvement
- Review campaign progress and success, make adjustments, and pitch ideas for new campaigns as necessary
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze territory and market potential, track sales, and compile status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Stay informed of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve performance through feedback and self-development
