Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for Corporate and Project Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives through effective leadership, strategic planning, and strong client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for corporate and project-based opportunities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nigerian building market products and industry trends
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- Conduct product knowledge training and competitive analysis for the sales team
- Prepare accurate sales reports and revenue forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with persuasive communication skills
- Coordinate with sales team members on planning, reporting, and execution
- Leverage relationships with industry dealers and suppliers
- Attend trade shows and visit project sites to identify business opportunities
- Communicate product details and benefits effectively to prospects and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Tiles industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business and sign up new clients
- Extensive knowledge of top real estate project companies in Nigeria
Compensation
Monthly salary: ₦600,000
