## Title: Sales Manager - Corporate & Project Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for Corporate and Project Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives through effective leadership, strategic planning, and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for corporate and project-based opportunities
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nigerian building market products and industry trends
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct product knowledge training and competitive analysis for the sales team
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and revenue forecasts
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with persuasive communication skills
  • Coordinate with sales team members on planning, reporting, and execution
  • Leverage relationships with industry dealers and suppliers
  • Attend trade shows and visit project sites to identify business opportunities
  • Communicate product details and benefits effectively to prospects and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Tiles industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business and sign up new clients
  • Extensive knowledge of top real estate project companies in Nigeria

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦600,000
