## Title: Sales Lead - Travel & Hospitality

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead sales initiatives in the travel and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of hotel and flight products across B2B and corporate channels
  • Expand and manage the agent network, focusing on acquisition, retention, and performance
  • Build and nurture relationships with hotels, airlines, consolidators, and strategic partners
  • Implement sales processes, KPIs, and reporting systems to deliver predictable growth
  • Utilize modern sales tools (CRM, email automation, cold calling, lead-generation platforms) to optimize outreach and conversion

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience, with deep expertise in hotels, flights, or travel technology
  • Established network of hotel, airline, and agency contacts
  • Strong track record of agent management and partnership growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
