About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals in line with company policies
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support lead generation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in the IT industry
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
