## Title: Sales Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals in line with company policies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support lead generation
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
