## Title: Sales & Business Development Manager

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic energy sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to achieve and exceed overall sales and business development objectives
  • Oversee marketing spend to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI
  • Supervise preparation and submission of proposals and bids to secure high-value contracts
  • Identify and develop key relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Report performance insights and progress to the Head of Business Services, highlighting opportunities and challenges

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 7–10 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles within the oil & gas, EPCIC, or energy services sector
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and successful tendering in high-value projects
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and management skills
  • Excellent understanding of the Nigerian oil & gas market, NIPEX tendering processes, and regulatory frameworks
