## Title: Sales and Marketing Support Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Support Officer to assist with sales operations, customer engagement, and marketing activities within our pharmaceutical division.

Key Responsibilities

Process orders and manage order documentation
Prepare sales and marketing reports
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Handle client inquiries and provide customer support
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Qualifications

ND/NCE in Life Sciences or related field
2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred)

Required Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Good knowledge of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical products
