Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Support Officer to assist with sales operations, customer engagement, and marketing activities within our pharmaceutical division.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage order documentation
• Prepare sales and marketing reports
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Handle client inquiries and provide customer support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• ND/NCE in Life Sciences or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical products
